Two Chicks Party RVA Policies

-RESERVATIONS
We recommend booking your event at least 4 weeks prior to your event date as dates fill up fast. However, if a date is selected at the last minute, we will do our best to accommodate your event. We do not book Custom Themed parties less than three weeks from the event date. For Custom parties, a deposit is due at least 3 weeks in advance and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date to allow ample planning time. 

At the time of booking, the client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve the specified event date. In addition, a $100 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned to the client 48 hours after the event has been held and all property has been inspected. The balance is due 1 week prior to the event date, unless it is a custom theme in which case the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. 

A final head count guaranteeing the number of guests is due 1 week prior to the event date. Any changes, after that time are not guaranteed or refundable.

-RUSH POLICY
If you are requesting a date less than 2 weeks from the event date, a $60 rush fee will be accessed.

-SET-UP/PICK-UP FEES
Any event located more than 25 miles from 23141 is considered an out-of-town event and is subject to an additional fee.

-PAYMENT METHODS
Two Chicks Party RVA accepts payments via PayPal.

-DATE CHANGES
If the client needs to change the date of the event, 1 date change is allowed but is subject to availability. Any additional date changes will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee as the date could have been booked by another client.

-CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Two Chicks Party RVA reserves the right to cancel party agreements that jeopardize the safety of our staff.

-VENUE REQUIREMENTS
We recommend a large open area where we can position the tents. It is your responsibility to make sure there is adequate space for tent set up (the tent sizes are listed below). There will be no refunds given if the area does not accommodate the tents. We do not move furniture and request this be done prior to our arrival as to not delay our set up time. We require that you keep pets and smoking away from the 2 Chicks and a Party inventory during the time it is in your possession.

Slumber Tent dimensions: 75”L x 45”W
Picnic Table dimensions: 6'L x 5'W

-INSURANCE
Two Chicks Party RVA assumes no responsibility or liability for injury, accidents or damages. In the event of injury, damage or loss during an event, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Two Chicks Party RVA is not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical reaction stemming from food, wearing garments, linens, or any activities that took place before, during or after the event.

-WEATHER
Should severe weather pose a threat to the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to cancel the event at which time we will reschedule for a better date or provide a full refund.

-DAMAGES
Damage and/or defacement of property belonging to Two Chicks Party RVA will result in assessment of charges to the client or your security deposit not being refunded. We ask that you keep all sharp objects away from the air mattress and tent covers to prevent them from getting punctured. Additionally, please keep all slime, gum, markers, pens, etc. away from the inventory to avoid permanent damage. **There will be a $50 cleaning fee for all parties where animal hair is found on inventory. This will be deducted from your deposit.**

-OUTDOOR EVENTS
Should there be bad weather on your event date, we will accommodate one of the following requests:
Change to a different date based on our availability.
Set-up indoors (appropriate space is the responsibility of the host and no refunds will be given for any items unable to be accommodated).
Please ensure your space has been treated for bugs and pests prior to us setting up.
